Frederick Douglass the great abolitionist, suffragist, newspaper publisher, Underground Railroad conductor, lecturer, and statesman, walked the streets of Rochester from 1847 to 1872. This Google Map will be updated throughout 2018 to mark significant locations in Douglass’s Rochester.
